Action shots today at the annual Curdridge Cricket Club Ockenden trophy match, an inter-club competition. Got some great pictures for the club’s website and enjoyed a few pints with the lads afterwards in the clubhouse - I love this job!

I captured a kite-surfer at Hill Head on a very blustery day and I was delighted that my picture was shown on South Today’s weather pics this evening! I had lots of lovely messages from friends who’d seen it – thanks to everyone who got in touch. And for those who didn't get to see my photo on TV, here's your chance! ha!
It goes without saying that some brilliant footballers have lifted the FA Cup. Bobby Moore, John Terry, Steven Gerrard, and as I heard on Saturday night Sol Campbell, and Peter Rodigues (hope I have got this right!). Despite playing for 23 clubs, and managing 3, I am not sure that Steve Claridge ever had that honour. It was great to have them together in the same room for the Hampshire FA Grassroots awards, and a real pleasure to be the official photographer for the evening. It may also be of interest to note that the last person to actually lift the Cup was Nick Taplin (pictured with the Cup below)!! Ok ... I admit it, I couldn't resist the opportunity!!  I was commissioned as the photographer for the opening of the new double net lane at Gosport Borough Cricket Club. A big day for the club with former Gosport Borough, Hampshire and England all-rounder Trevor Jesty, doing the honours. Delighted to see my pictures appear on the Club website.
