Back to The Alverbank on Bank Holiday Monday to photograph the marriage of Jayne and Daniel. We broke away from the hotel for a short time, partly so the newly weds could take a ride along the sea front in the gorgeous car and partly so we could take some pictures at Crescent Garden in Alverstoke. This is a lovely little spot with an intriguing history and following restoration work undertaken by Friends of Crescent Garden, Gosport is now the proud owner of one of only 21 Green Heritage Award plaques in the country.

Keith and I photographed Carly and Jamie's wedding at the stunning St Edwards Church in Netley. It was the perfect summer's day and their guests travelled in style from the church to the reception in a fabulous double-decker bus! Victoria House was the venue for the reception, and this historic Grade II listed building provided a wonderful back-drop for our photographs. An amazing day.
A busy day for Richard Edwards Photography - while Jo and I were photographing Leah and Gary in Southsea, Keith and Phil were with Alaine and Mike at the beautiful St Andrew's Church, Hurstbourne Priors and the reception at the Bourne Valley Inn. St Andrew's is thought to be the oldest existing church in the diocese of Winchester and is set in open countryside. Keith and Phil took some fabulous shots - well done guys, and thank you.
We love the Queen's Hotel in Southsea, it's a fabulous location for a wedding and it was made even better by beautiful weather. After the ceremony, we took Leah and Gary onto Southsea sea front for some photos, where so many people stopped to say congratulations, and one family even asked them to join their barbeque! We got some great shots at the beach huts, too - wonderful memories of a fantastic day.
I was delighted to be asked by Matchtech, one of the leading sponsors of the Friends of PICU charity to photograph their golf day at the Royal Winchester Golf Course. The teams were raising funds for the Southampton-based charity - Peadiatric Intensive Care Unit, who help care and support 900+ critically ill children each year.
